Roseland Women in Business

Supporting Women Owned Business
in the Roseland

Starting and growing a small business is hard work. It can also be lonely, confusing and times you wonder if you will ever make it!  You may be juggling other family and caring responsibilities or trying to build something new alongside an existing job.

While there is support available through organisations such as the Cornwall Growth Hub, there is a gap for something local to the Roseland, specifically for women, and offering more than just networking or skills development.

As someone developing a small business myself, I know first-hand how hard it is to set aside time to overcome those self-limiting beliefs, dream big, plan and keep moving forward when you are on your own.

But as a coach and facilitator, I also know how useful it is to have someone who helps you to get all your ideas out of your head, supports you to develop a logical action plan and keeps you accountable each month.

And imagine how powerful it would be to meet with like-minded people, to share issues, challenges and solutions and together support each other in becoming as successful as you want to be.

That’s where Roseland Women in Business could help! Here’s our ideas so far…

Thinking aloud

Tailored 1:1 coaching sessions to creatively explore your ideas for your business and create an action plan for the next 6-12 months.

Then, if helpful, we can catch up on a monthly basis to review progress and plan next steps.

Peer Support

Facilitated discussions with other small business owners, providing a safe space to talk through issues you may be facing and where everyone can contribute their perspectives and experience.

Networking

Bigger breakfast meetings with networking opportunities and inspirational speakers on topics that matter to you. And time to work out the ‘so what’ for you and your business, before you get on with your day.
