I’ve learnt to have faith in myself

Joanne showed me a different approach to solving challenging projects and issues, and allowed me space to think and decide a plan of action. I've learnt to trust in my decisions and allow time to plan projects, not underestimate myself, and have faith in myself. (Voluntary sector manager)
