I really liked the simple ways we can think about what a team is and will try and think about how that shapes the teams I’m a part of. The case studies were the most helpful but only because the rest of it had been so well thought through and delivered. I really enjoyed the time to reflect at the end of each session and think about practical ways of working through stuff. (Director of Learning, National Charity)
